- 3rd generation Florida Cracker. My great-grandfather moved to Boynton in the late 1800's as one of the first settlers. I moved from Florida in 2004 to pursue the trails of the Blue Ridge Mountains. (see http://www.mountaintrailhiker.com). I miss Florida a lot. Most of all my kids and grandkids I left behind.
